Updates and small additions (1.8.3)

I've fixed some small issues and added a cool new thingy!

Fixes
-The sanity jumpscare breaking after having occured once
-The fade times in the main menu have been made shorter
-The save function not working sometimes in the 3rd scene

Additions
-The chances of a smiley appearing in the main menu have been raised
-There is now a menu for achievements (Achievements coming soon)
-You can now collect Fredericks (Small statues)
-Added an icon for the .exe file

Upcoming plans
I have been working hard on the next chapter but due to some personal things it will be delayed a bit.
Furthermore I have been thinking of making a .zip file containing extra info about the game and perhaps some extras or secrets
As for the game itself, I'm gonna continue working on the 2nd chapter whenever I have time available. And I will be adding more achievements which I will highlight in upcoming devlogs
